SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground unless you select expedited shipping during checkout.

We apply a $15 flat rate fee for domestic shipping via FedEx Ground. We offer FREE Shipping for domestic orders over $300, via FedEx Ground.

All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Hudson County, New Jersey. Expedited shipping options can be selected for an additional fee upon checkout.

Expedited shipping options, rates and the available delivery dates will vary based on your shipping destination and the products you are ordering. Available expedited shipping methods and the associated charges will be displayed, and you will be able to select your preferred method and date before you place your order.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

15 DAY RETURN POLICY – UNUSED PRODUCTS ONLY

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt of product by the customer. (This can be verified in shipment tracking.) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Since every glass we deliver arrives in factory wrapped and unused condition, used glasses or glasses that have been unwrapped from its tissue packaging can unfortunately not be returned.

If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase.

DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT

Our warehouse packs orders very carefully to avoid breakage in transit. 

If you receive your glassware and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at info@skurnikhospitality.com within 72 hours of your package being delivered, including a description of the damages as well as photographs. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will be happy to replace the broken item right away.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund; if approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@skurnikhospitality.com.
